TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

BOOKINGS.

1. Depending on the method of payment, our system provides immediate online booking confirmation or confirmation subject to verify payment.
2. To check pricing, guests must enter the system and specify the exact RETREAT. All prices include tax.

3. The guest is asked then to proceed to pay, providing compliance with the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
4. The booking will be confirmed as soon as the guest has paid the 30% of the price.

5. Retreats and related activities are offer only to those 18 years of age and over.

6. Not included in the price are: flight, transport, travel insurance, tipping and any extra food or drink. or additional excursions or activities which are not confirmed as being part of your retreat arrangements, any items or services purchased during a retreat.

DOCUMENTATION.

All guests, without exception, must carry a valid personal identification document (ID, passport or identity card) and accept to give a copy (photo) to attend the local authority procedures.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

The guest must inform at check-in of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect fitness to travel, including medications the guest is currently taking. The guest is responsible to inform about dietary request and allergies.

The guest is responsible for his medical and travel insurance and acknowledges that the price of the Retreat do not include insurance.

The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
The guest will pay separately for any damage caused during the use of the property. Guests are not allowed to take away any object from the property.

TURQUESA ACADEMY LIABILITIES

SARA MARIA CARABELLA and other mentors / guides are not responsible for damages or losses or accidents during the Retreats. We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

SAFETY AND USE OF THE POOL

The guest is responsible for his safety, booking a Retreat he authomatically accept a liability waiver. In any case it is extremely important that the Guests avoid possibly dangerous situations obeying any rules or regulations imposed by the mentors / guides and local instructions. Pay attention to the safety use of the pool. Pools in Villa Turquesa are between 15 to 150 cm deep and diving is forbidden.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside villas.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Guests are asked to respect neighborhood peace and quiet before 10:00 and after 23:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

In case of cancellation by the owner: the deposit will be fully returned if we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control.
In case of cancellation by the guests the cancellation fees are as follows:
-0% for cancellations 24hours from the booking
-30% for cancellations until full payment is due
-100% for cancellations after paying the full amount. Full amount is due 2 weeks before check-in.

PHOTOS VIDEOS AND CONTENT CREATION

During the Retreat photos or videos may be taken by guests, guides, mentor. These images may be used in any Tuquesa Academy promotional materials, website, all social media platforms unless Guests specifically request to not use the material in which he is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to TURQUESA ACADEMY to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purpose.

RETREAT ITINERARY OR PROGRAM CHANGES

Turquesa Academy reserves the right to alter retreats programs and itineraries due to weather or other conditions.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Terms and Conditions are subjects to the Laws of Las Palmas, Spain.

COMPLIANCE WITH THESE CONDITIONS.

The use of our products entails the guest’s explicit compliance with each and every one of the General Conditions.
